Daniel began his career in public safety with the Ohio State Highway Patrol, where he served as an Ohio State Trooper, investigator, and polygraph examiner for nearly 30 years. He held leadership roles on dignitary protection teams, served as a crisis negotiation team member, and completed sensitive background and criminal investigations. He also provided expert instruction and training to fellow officers, earning a reputation for being a calm, trusted presence in high-stakes environments.
Since 2019, he has served as a polygraph examiner and background investigator for one of the largest police agencies in the valley, continuing his lifelong commitment to truth and public service.
Daniel is a graduate of the Kentucky Institute of Polygraph Studies and has accumulated more than 1,000 hours of continued specialized polygraph education. His training span includes post-conviction sex offender testing (PCSOT), cognitive interviewing, advanced polygraph techniques, and countermeasure detection. As a polygraph examiner and law enforcement officer, Daniel has delivered expert court testimony and regularly supports investigations through stipulated and pre-employment examinations.
He is also a Certified Reid Interviewer and has been selected to serve in quality control and senior examiner roles, and provided feedback to polygraph scientists, ensuring the highest standards in polygraphy testing.
Daniel actively maintains his expertise through rigorous continuing education that includes 45 hours of nationally accredited polygraph training every year. His commitment to ongoing learning ensures clients receive defensible and scientifically sound polygraph examinations.
